*Note: The Denton County District Clerk, County Clerk and JP offices have begun using a new case management system for the civil, family, probate and jp civil records maintained by their offices. Unlike the replaced system, the new system does not have a program in place for the compilation and exporting of bulk data records and there is not a standard report available within the product which will provide comparable information. A quote has been received from the vendor for the programming costs for this feature in the approximate amount of $8,320.00. However, this feature is not necessary for the clerk’s offices to perform their mandated functions and since there is a limited amount of funding available for other necessary programming costs the clerks are not able to provide this function. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your business and hope sometime in the future to have this customer service feature available but at this time it is unknown when that may happen.
